Appearance
Though she is small, Carley doesn't look frail at all. Her build is quite trim and fit, like that of a gymnast. This also means there's not much feminine curve to her body, nor is she particularly endowed, much to her woe. Blonde hair falls to her chin, framing a cute face. Her eyes are vivid and brilliant blue, and the smile she often wears impish in quality. Being a full blooded elf, her features are very much elven.
Inventory and equipment
Carley's style of dress is very eclectic. She favors colors in the realm of blue, feathered berets, vests, billowing sleeves, shiny things like brooches and shorts. In cold weather she often wears a cloak to keep warm; blue of course. She won't wear dresses or skirts casually, but for special occasions she doesn't mind dressing up within reason.

Personality and traits
Being a very brusque girl there's not usually a middle ground for how people perceive Carley. They either like her a lot, or hate her. She's usually smiling and full of zeal, bouncing and fidgeting in some manner or another. Carley's also not afraid to speak her mind and is honest to a fault.
When she's down, she prefers to keep negative emotions to herself, especially in the presence of strangers. She's not above pretending to be happy when she isn't.
There's nothing more important to her than her friends, so she rarely hesitates in doing things that might make them happy.

Training, education and skills
Carley rarely attended formal schools growing up, since she moved a lot, and was instead tutored and educated by her cousin Forcythia. She's decent in many subjects, particularly math though she doesn't enjoy it, and is more intelligent than most assume her to be. Carley was taught well in the arts of business, haggling, and money; that is her passion.
Combat
Having no formal training in combat, Carley still poses a force to be reckoned with, having been in many, many fights. She isn't afraid to fight dirty, going straight for another's weaknesses. She fights either with bare hands, her magic, her slingshot, or any other item she can get her hands on and make use of.
Magic
Carley has a rather peculiar form of magic, being able to craft objects with it. In appearance, whatever she creates is partially transparent, and has a faint blue hue to it. For fighting, she often uses her magic to create weapons. Carley also uses her magic to craft musical instruments to play at her whim.
Whatever object she creates, she must be touching it for it to stay in 'existence'. For example, she cannot create a ball and throw it at someone.
Other
Carley was trained heavily in the art of music for most of her life by her cousin, so she's very gifted musically. She can read and write music with ease, has absolute pitch, and can play more instruments than not.
She speaks Common, fluent Elven, and bits and pieces of Drow, though she often mangles it.
With nothing more than a hairpin, Carley can pick simple locks.
Biography
Carley moved to Rhydin City from Cadentia, wanting to finally live alone and with independence. She immediately took a liking to the markets and started off as a simple peddler there, collecting whatever she could for as little as possible and selling it for as much as possible. Somehow, her 'business' boomed and she was able to make a meager living, finding residence in the Econ-Omni Apartments and tucking as much coin away as she could in the bank.
Continuing to work hard and save money, Carley held a job at A Stitch in Time for some time before departing from the city for a few months after a mutual breakup with her then boyfriend, Glenn Woodwright. In that time, Carley purchased her very own cargo airship with her life savings and started a business that centralized around transporting goods throughout the realm.
Childhood
At a very young age, Carley lost her home and her parents. Technology wielding beings invaded the forests they lived in and attacked. Having no knowledge of this technology, the elves couldn't fight back. She doesn't remember much about the event, but it's left a heavy impact on her in that when she sees guns, to this day, she becomes petrified with fear. She barely escaped with her life, only for the fact her cousin saved her, fleeing the city with her.
Forcythia raised Carley and took care of her all alone, despite her young age. For many years they were inseparable; they often fought, but were very close. Never staying in one place for long, the two often moved, exposing Carley to many sights beyond the city she eventually moved to.
Present time
In charge of Qui'Ama Transports, Carley runs a steady business from her airship, the Luinista. Unable to handle maintaining and piloting an airship on her lonesome, she trains under two of her employees; airship pilot Orson Garwick, and engineer Cyrail Kennyrtlarn.
